We know that networking during the ASM is a highlight for many people and has been missed over the last two years. We are pleased to welcome the return of the celebrated BSH social programme. Alongside our lively evening programme, we also have plenty of opportunities in the daytime for our day visitors to network with peers and interact with industry representatives.
Saturday 2nd April
The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to meet up with colleagues, make new contacts, catch-up with friends and meet BSH staff in a friendly, informal setting.
In Manchester early? Come along to Manchester Central on Saturday 2nd April 17:00 – 18:30 pick up your registration for the meeting in advance and join us for a drink. The Welcome Reception will take place after the popular Pitfalls and Medical Student Day. This event is free to attend and is part of your conference registration, please ensure that you tick the box during the registration process so that we can cater for the correct number of delegates.
Sunday 3rd April
The Conference Dinner will be taking place at the Science and Industry Museum, a short stroll from Manchester Central, on Sunday 3rd April from 19:00 until late. Dinner, drinks, and entertainment will be provided for guests during the evening. The engaging exhibits within the museum, plus the outstanding food and entertainment, will make the night an occasion to remember.
Your place at this ticketed event can be purchased during the registration process. If you have already registered, you can go back into your booking and add the Conference Dinner at any time. Tickets to the Conference Dinner cost £20 per person, or £12 if you are eligible for the BSH Concessionary rate.
Monday 4th April
Be sure to join us for the poster walk. The reception will take place at Manchester Central on the evening of Monday 4th April, between 18:00 and 19:30. Whilst enjoying the drinks and canapés, delegates are welcomed to explore this year’s accepted abstracts in the Poster Walk and discuss research with the authors. Abstracts for posters can be submitted here.
