NOW ON DEMAND View now

BSH Annual Meetings are the platform for the UK and international haematology community to share knowledge, learn, discuss ideas and concerns, and reflect on current issues. BSH 2020 Virtual had a combination of on demand and live learning in an online platform built for digital interaction and engagement. All content was recorded, so you can view sessions on demand until November 2021.

Registered delegates have exclusive access to presentations from experts on current clinical practice and the latest developments in haematology, and research from colleagues via the abstracts and poster presentations, as well as the opportunity to engage with industry partners via the virtual exhibition space. You can select which sponsors you want to view when in the platform and take a look at their offerings. If you want to find out more from a particular exhibitor, you can choose to message them, arrange a meeting or contact them separately. We are also pleased to host profiles for some of our key BSH partners, including the European Haematology Association (EHA) and the American Society of Hematology (ASH). The exhibition will be open for 12 months, so you can access all content until November 2021.

When will I get access to the platform?

Access to the platform will be available from 2 November. At this time, you will be able to view your profile, indicate your interests, request meetings with industry partners and plan your schedule for the live sessions.

How long will content be available?

All BSH 2020 Virtual content, including the recorded live sessions, will be available on demand until November 2021, giving you the opportunity to engage with content at your leisure.

Is the BSH 2020 Virtual CME accredited?

We have been successful in applying for CPD accreditation through the Royal College of Pathologists. The certificate will be issued based on the number of hours of sessions you join, up to a maximum of 33 points. To get a certificate for the number of hours of content you have watched, you will first need to complete the post-event survey that will be emailed to you. Once you have submitted your survey, you will need to enter the event platform and tick the box in your profile that asks if you are ready to claim your CPD points. Once you tick this box, your total hours watched at that point in time will be calculated. Please do not tick the box if you plan on watching more content, as those hours will not be counted towards your CPD certificate. Certificates will be sent out every two weeks and are claimable until the end of February 2021. If you do not receive your certificate before February 2021 and you have ticked the box to do so, Please get in touch with us at BSH2020@mci-group.com.
