Confirmation of Registration

This will be sent through the post within 5 working days of receipt of your booking form.

they can do so by leaving a message with the Conference Registration Team.

Participants List

The name and contact details you provide on the Registration Application form will be printed in the List of Participants, including the telephone number and email address. Please tick the box on the form if you DO NOT want your name and contact details to appear in the List of Participants or to be passed to Sponsors and/or Exhibitors.

Accompanying Guests

This fee applies to non-participants in the scientific programme, who are guests of a registered delegate and who wish to attend the Welcome Drinks Reception and have access to the Trade Exhibition. If your guest wishes to attend any of the scientific sessions they will need to register as a paying delegate. Company personnel working on the exhibition stands only do not need to register.

Concessionary Rates

Reduced rates are available for Non-tenured Haematologist/Scientists, Biomedical Scientists and Nurse Specialists. If you qualify for a reduced rate you will need your head of department to confirm your status by signing the Registration Application form. If you are registering on line you should email confirmation of your status to the BSH Conference Secretariat.

Badges

Lapel badges will be issued to delegates on arrival at the conference. Delegates are required to wear name badges at all times for security and identification purposes. Failure to produce your badge may result in your being refused access to the EICC.

Internet Café

An Internet Café will be available for delegates to use throughout the open period of the conference. Please visit Stand Number 39, where you will be able to send/receive e-mails.
