Continuing Professional DevelopmentThe meeting has been awarded CPD credits, as follows:-
In order to obtain a CPD certificate all delegates will be required to first complete the Conference Evaluation Form, which will be available on this website from Monday 19th April 2010. In order to access the form you will need your Personal ID Number, which will be printed on your registration confirmation letter (Booking Overview). PLEASE KEEP THIS LETTER IN A SAFE PLACE UNTIL AFTER THE CONFERENCE. Please note that only PRE-REGISTERED delegates will be able to access the evaluation form on Monday 19th April. Delegates who register on-site will not be able to access the form until Tuesday 4th May 2010.
