Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration the following charges will apply:-

Cancellation by 12 February 2010 – 20% of registration fee paid
Cancellation by 12 March 2010 – 50% of registration fee paid
Cancellation after 12 March 2010 – no refund

No refunds will be given on the Conference Dinner tickets after 12th March 2010.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to the BSH Conference Secretariat
