Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration the following charges will apply:-

Cancellation by 10 February 2012 – 20% of registration fee paid
Cancellation by 10 March 2012 – 50% of registration fee paid
Cancellation after 10 March 2012 – no refund

No refunds will be given on the Conference Dinner tickets after 10th March 2012.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to the BSH Conference Secretariat
