Signage

Adequate signage to all the meeting rooms will be provided by the BSH. Companies wishing to erect their own signage/promotional materials must observe the following:-

1. Signage cannot be affixed to any of the walls/pillars within the Brighton Centre
2. It is not possible to erect any signage within the Conference Registration Area
3. Signage can be erected outside allocated meeting rooms but only on the day your satellite is scheduled to take place. This must be removed once your satellite has ended
4. Signage should not be erected in any place where it can cause an obstruction or potential safety hazard. It should not block any public walkways or be placed in front of fire doors

Companies wishing to include their own branding or signage within the allocated meeting room can do so but it is not permitted either to remove any of the BSH branding or to affix your own branding over it as the rooms will be used by the BSH for sessions immediately following the satellite symposia.
