General Satellite InformationDelegate Numbers The anticipated number of delegates at the conference is 1000, comprised of Senior Consultants, Junior Doctors, Scientists and Nurses. Mailing Lists Companies can pre-order a copy of the delegate list prior to the conference for mailing purposes. The first list will be available from 22nd February 2010 with a final updated version being made available after 1st April 2010. The delegate list will be provided as an Excel spreadsheet free of charge. Please note that names will be excluded where a delegate has specifically requested not to have their details passed onto third parties. Photographer The BSH will not have an official photographer on site. If you require this service you will need to make your own arrangements. Logos It is permitted for you to use the BSH logo for the purposes of advertising your satellite symposium. If you wish to do this, please contact Sarah Lapsley at the BSH Head Office for a copy. Barcode Recognition The BSH will not provide a barcode recognition service. If you require this service you will need to make your own arrangements. Easels Please contact Sarah Lapsley if these are required as they must be ordered in advance. The EICC have advised us that they cannot provide them on the day. |
