If someone wishes to attend other scientific sessions in addition to a satellite symposium, either during the day on which the symposium will take place or any other days of the Conference, he/she must register as a delegate and pay the appropriate fee.
The satellite booking fee includes five complimentary full registrations and Companies may allocate these to their speakers, chairpersons or Company personnel. If the number of people you need to register exceeds the number of complimentary registrations allocated then you can register additional people via the standard on-line registration form and pay the appropriate fee.
Please note that the Conference Hosts will be instructed not to allow access into the meeting rooms to anyone who does not have an official conference lapel badge.
Anyone who has not been registered, nor had a lapel badge ordered, will be asked to register and pay on arrival at the conference.
