If someone wishes to attend ONLY a satellite symposium, but none of the other scientific sessions, then he/she does not need to be registered for the Conference or to pay a fee but they will need a lapel badge in order to gain access to the meeting room where the satellite symposium is being held.
Please complete the Satellite Attendees Lapel Badge Order Form and send to Sharon Forster at the BSH Conference Secretariat by Friday 2nd April latest.
NOTE: List only the names of individuals who have not been registered for the Conference.
Lapel badges will be available for collection from the ‘On-Site Registration Desk’ located in the Strathblane Hall on the ground floor foyer of the EICC.
Please note that the Conference Hosts will be instructed to refuse admission to the meeting rooms of anyone who does not have an official conference lapel badge.
Anyone who has not been registered nor had a lapel badge ordered will be asked to register and pay on arrival at the conference.
