Hospitality/Catering

Companies wanting to organise hospitality, either before or after their satellite, need to book an additional room or area.

Please contact Sarah Lapsley at the BSH Head Office in order to check availability and book an additional space. Please do not contact the EICC directly as all rooms are being held by the BSH.

Please note that extra rooms will be subject to an additional charge.

Once a room or area has been confirmed back to you, you can then make the necessary arrangements directly with Leith’s, the official caterers at the EICC (see Useful Contacts).

Companies will be invoiced directly by Leith's for any catering arrangements made.
