Satellite Symposia

Once again, the BSH will be offering Companies the opportunity to hold a satellite symposium session, of 75 minutes duration, during the Conference. These sessions have been created to allow each Company the opportunity to showcase their organisation to their target audience. Four satellite symposia slots, in parallel, are available on:

Monday 4 April	between	11:30 – 12:45
	and	17:15 – 18:30

Tuesday 5 April	between	10:45 – 12:00
	and	16:30 – 17:45

Additional evening slots are also available on request.

You will be offered a room with a capacity of either 200 or 650 seats.
Each satellite slot is priced at £12,500.00. The cost of the symposium will include the following:

Room rental
Standard audio-visual equipment as used in the meeting sessions
Display table outside the room
Inclusion of sponsor’s symposium invitation in the delegate meeting bag
Symposium programme included in the Final Conference Programme
Symposium programme posted on the meeting website
Five complimentary satellite badges
