Stand Construction

The stand fee paid is for floor space only in the commercial exhibition. Companies can choose either to order a shell scheme or to build their own stand.

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOUR STAND SPACE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS FOR SHELL SCHEME OR ACCESSORIES

Stand Fee Inclusions

The stand fee paid includes the following:-

• Complimentary tea/coffee for stand personnel each day
• Lunch for stand personnel each day
• Copy of the delegate list on request
• Free Company Editorial of not more than 80 words in the Conference
  Programme
• Conference Programme, Book of Abstracts and List of Participants
