Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors who are only attending the industry exhibition do not need to pay a fee to attend. However, to enable them to gain access into the industry exhibition they will need to have an official conference lapel badge. Please complete the names of all ‘Stand Only’ personnel on the Stand Personnel Lapel Badge Order Form.

Exhibitors that wish to attend any of the scientific sessions will need to complete a Registration Application Form. Please note that no provision is made for exhibitors or delegates to attend single sessions or half days and, in such cases, the day delegate fee must be paid.

Companies who have been allocated complimentary registrations can use these to register personnel who wish to attend the scientific sessions. Once the complimentary allowance has been used additional personnel should register by completing the standard on-line registration form and paying the appropriate fee.

Please note that one form per person must be used and registrations cannot be shared by individuals wishing to attend parts of days.
