Exhibitor Registration

All stand personnel must be registered in order to gain access to the Conference and Trade Exhibition. Exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary allowance of badges; the allowance is calculated as follows:

Exhibitors - 1 x complimentary exhibitor badge for every complete 6 square metres

The allowance for each Company will be confirmed by email to the main contact.

Complimentary exhibitor badges will not be personalised and should be collected from the ‘Exhibitor/Satellite Help Desk’ on arrival.

Complimentary exhibitor badges enable the wearer to access all areas of the conference and trade exhibition for the full duration of the Conference. Companies can order additional badges for all 3 days, or for individual days, via the Badge Order Form.

Any additional badges over your complimentary allowance are charged at £100.00 per badge, per day. All extra badges ordered on-site will also be charged at £100.00 per badge, per day. The badge price includes lunch, refreshments each day and a conference pack.
