Clinical VignettesJanuary 2010 Dear Colleague, Clinical Vignettes – British Society for Haematology We have been asked to organise the Clinical Vignettes session in the Annual Scientific Meeting of the British Society for Haematology in Edinburgh 2010. This is a highly successful session at the annual meeting and of course this depends on colleagues’ enthusiasm for contributing vignettes and we would like to invite and encourage you to submit cases. Registrars or other doctors in training with a suitable case should submit an A4 page outlining the clinical case and the important points which will form the basis of the discussion. At the meeting the Registrar will present the case (15 minutes) and the supervising Consultant will be invited to join in the discussion (5-10 minutes) which will be led by the Chairperson. Cases should be submitted to Dr C Fegan and Dr Rebecca Auer and e-mailed to sarah.lapsley@bshconferences.co.uk by Monday 1st February 2010. Cases will be selected for the meeting to reflect their interest and merit but also to provide a balanced session. We look forward to receiving your cases. Kind Regards Dr Chris Fegan
