Companies can pre-order a copy of the delegate list prior to the conference for mailing purposes. The first list will be available on 17th February 2012 with a final updated version being made available after 6th April 2012.

The delegate list will be provided as an Excel spreadsheet free of charge. Please note that names are excluded where a delegate has specifically requested not to have their details passed onto third parties.

Notes for shell scheme

You must complete the appropriate order forms for shell scheme, stand accessories and fascia panel (see Order Forms section for details). These forms need to be completed no later than Friday 16th March 2012.

 

 

Notes for self build

You must submit drawings for approval to the Exhibition Organiser. These must be sent no later than Monday 19th March 2012. Electronic plans are preferred.

   

Notes for self build and pop-up stands

A full risk assessment must be submitted to the Exhibition Organiser no later than Monday 19th March 2012.

   

Notes for all stands

You must send a copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate as a condition of booking. Please email a copy of this to the Exhibition Organiser no later than Monday 19th March 2012.

Social Programme

 

A complimentary Welcome Drinks Reception will be held in Hall 2 on Monday evening between 18:30hrs – 19:15hrs. The remainder of this evening is left free for Companies wishing to organise hospitality events.

The Conference Dinner will be held on Tuesday 17th April at Stirling Castle. We would respectfully request that Companies do NOT organise hospitality events for delegates on this evening as it is the main social event, hosted by the BSH.

Individual tickets are priced at £60.00 each (inc. VAT) for BSH Corporate Members and £80.00 each (inc. VAT) for non-corporate members.

If preferred, you can pre-book a table of 10 at a cost of £600.00 (inc. VAT) for BSH Corporate Members and £800.00 (inc. VAT) for non-corporate members.

Payment for the dinner can be made by credit card. Tickets should be collected from the Exhibitor/Satellite Help Desk, which will be open from Monday 16th April.
