Guidelines for Poster Board Presenters

Information for Poster Board Presenters

Poster-board stands will be situated in both the Strathblane Hall and the Cromdale Hall (please refer to the Exhibition Floor Plan for specific locations of poster boards) and material will be on display for the duration of the Conference. Posters left in-situ after the end of the meeting will be discarded unless collected.

Presenters must be in attendance by their posters during the tea/coffee breaks and during the dedicated poster session. This will take place between 18:15hrs – 19:15hrs on Monday 19th April. During this time judges will circulate to assess the posters. You will have 5 minutes to summarise your work and receive questions from the judges. There will be a small award of £75.00 for the presenter of the best poster in each section.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR FINAL ABSTRACT NUMBER IS THE SAME AS YOUR POSTER BOARD NUMBER.  THIS NUMBER WILL BE AFFIXED TO THE BOARD ALLOCATED TO YOU AT THE CONFERENCE.
